Order Questions:
Can I change or cancel an order ?
Orders may only be canceled within 24 business hours of being placed, provided they have not already begun the shipping process. Modifications cannot be made to the size, color, or quantity of items ordered at any time once an order has been placed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at +1(508)651.3500 . Cancellation requests are processed during normal business hours. Please keep in mind that as all orders begin processing immediately once received, cancellation cannot always be guaranteed. We strongly advise that you carefully review the details of your order prior to clicking the "place order" button.
Can I hold Parts of my order ?
Once we have received your order, it begins processing immediately. We cannot hold order items in our warehouse or postpone a delivery date.
How Long it will take to receive my order ?
In stock items usually leave our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. Lead times prior to shipping vary by brand and are clearly displayed on every product page. "Lead times" are the estimated number of days it takes for order items to be prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped, it may take an additional 3 - 6 business days for actual delivery.
My order is missing , what should I do ?
Items on your order are shipped "as ready". You may receive some parts of your order sooner than others as a result. If tracking information has not been assigned to the items on your order within the average lead time displayed, please contact us at +1(508)651.3500.

What is the shipping costs ?
Dover Rug and Home offer FREE SHIPPING for all items in continental United States.
If you are shipping to Canada please advised that there is 35 % of shipping cost. Additionally, you will be responsible to pay any duties, brokerage and customs fees to UPS upon delivery.
For an international shipping ,please note that you, the buyer,are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty and taxes,handling fee, custom clearance charges etc.
How will my item ship ?
we ship packages by UPS OR FedEx ground service .Over-sized items (9' x 12' or larger ) will be shipped via UPS Freight, XPOLogistics, or R + L Freight.
Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Which countries Dover Rug and Home ship their product ?
Dover Rug and Home ship their product to continental US not include Alaska and Hawaii or any US territories.

Product Questions :
Are the colors on your website accurate ?
The images we display have the most accurate colors possible. Please keep in mind that color variances may occur with the items. In some instances, patterns may vary according to size as well. These are not considered defects.
How do I care for my area rug ?
- Vacuum or sweep regularly and/or shake to remove dust.
- •Keep away from prolonged moisture.
- • Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth.
- • Simply hose off outdoor rug to clean
- • Rotate your rug twice a year to avoid traffic wear spots on your rug.
- • Use rug pads when used indoors.
Will my rug require a rug pad ?
On hard surfaces such as wood and tile, we highly recommend the use of a rug pad.
RETURN QUESTIONS:
What is your return policy ?
All the rug purchased online can be return within seven business days of receiving it. After seven days, the sale is final. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
All returns have to be authorized first before shipping.Please contact us at (508)651-3500 before returning your items.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my items?
Dover Rug and Home only offer a FREE SHIPPING , however we don't offer a free return .Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back .
I refused delivery on my item.
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Do price match competitor's pricing ?
Unfortunately, we do not participate in any price matching programs.
What are the accepted method of payment ?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card as well as International money orders in US dollars, PayPal, and corporate checks.
Can I use a gift card to make a purchase?
Our system will not accept gift cards as a method of payment.
Can I split the payment between multiple credit cards ?
Unfortunately, no. Only one method of payment is accepted per order.
